We know a great coffee is about more than just the beans, it’s about the skill, care and passion of the barista behind every cup. Each year, the Ferguson Plarre Barista Championship celebrates the talented team members who bring our coffee experience to life across our bakeries.
The 2025 competition was bigger than ever, bringing together some of our best baristas from across the network for a showcase of coffee craftsmanship, speed, consistency and creativity.
After 64 rounds of competition, 1,000+ cups poured and plenty of milk steamed, our talented finalists earned their place in the final showdown:
- Inthiria from Coburg
- Dana from Hoppers Crossing
- Jess from Geelong Westfield
- Taylah from Merrifield
The final round saw our finalists put their skills to the test as they competed for the title of 2025 Ferguson Plarre Barista Champion.
We’re excited to announce that Inthiria from Coburg has been crowned our 2025 Barista Champion!
The competition was a fantastic reminder of the incredible talent, dedication and passion within the Ferguson Plarre team. Every cup served in our bakeries is made possible by the people who take pride in creating quality coffee and memorable moments for our customers every day.
